On top of the certifications, every caregiver completes a Criminal Record Check including the Vulnerable Sector Check. This is the screening level required for anyone working unsupervised with children or dependent adults, and we do not book a caregiver until it clears.

That distinction is important and we are direct about it: we provide companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, grocery runs, appointment transportation, medication reminders, and safety supervision. We do not administer medication, provide wound care, assist with injections, or perform any task that belongs to a licensed nurse or personal care aide working under clinical supervision.
